Helping leaders rise to their full potential

Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about helping people grow. My journey into executive coaching began long before I took on the title – it started when I transitioned from being a chemist to a career in HR. I made that shift because I wanted to help my colleagues become better leaders. It was a natural move that aligned with my desire to see people thrive – not just in their roles, but in their whole professional selves.

Working as a Fractional HR Director with a wide range of businesses gave me deep insight into what great leadership looks like – and what holds people back. I saw first-hand how technical experts, when promoted into senior roles, often struggle to make the leap into true strategic leadership. That’s what inspired me to pursue formal coaching training and qualify with an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. I wanted to provide my clients with the very best support, grounded in both practical business knowledge and professional coaching expertise.

I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and have been since January 2006. Over that time, I’ve worked with everyone from large corporates to fast-growing SMEs. I bring that experience into every coaching conversation.
