  • Typically delivered via Microsoft Teams.
  • Initial block of 6 confidential sessions (1.5 hours each).
  • Meetings every 4 weeks.
  • Focused on 1–2 key growth areas per session.
  • Involves collaboration with your CEO/Chair for feedback and alignment.

Pricing

Sessions are quoted per session or per block of 6, payable in advance. Pricing is discussed during an initial consultation.
